Well, were on the home stretch now. Only 2 weeks until Easter.
And then as a crowning achievement and celebration of Christs Resurrection we have Finals!!!!
Well for all running the 1000km marathon, have hope, it will end soon whether we want it to or not, won or lost!

Last week we had a cozy evening of chatting, (no games were played unfortunately... ohwell). But a nice evening overall!

This week, we have Cory Owen talking to us on St. Gregory of Nyssa, his life and theology. It is titled, "THE EMOTIONS OF THE SOUL". St Gregory was a man facsinated by the love of God. Cory is going to focus on the emotions/passions(the good passions) of the soul. We here so often how its bad to be emotional and Cory will be talking to us why its good to feel and have emotions. It is okay to be both excited and depressed, to feel something when you pray. The talk is at 6:55pm on Tuesday March 27 at the Group Space. I hope we pack the room, Cory is an awesome guy, a young and upcoming professor!

Also next week we have prayer monday at 2:30 at our room(41) and Vespers!
Vespers is at 4:30pm Thursday at the Sheptysky Institue This is on the corner of Wiggins and College. (Right Across from the scrolling U of S sign and right across from the Health Science building and Emanual St Chad.) Confessions are available after for all who so desire it. Come on out for our last vespers of the year! it will be a great preperation for Holy Week and Ultimately Vespers. This is a great way to experiance vespers let alone church for those who can't make it out regularly!

After this week we have only one more major event,.... A wrap up BBQ. We'll keep you guys posted.
